I ordered clams and lobster meat from all fresh seafood. 2 pounds of clams arrived dead rotten and horribly smelly. There is nothing worse than rotten clams. The tempurature of the Ice packs was 65 degrees. That is why the clams were all dead. I emailed all fresh seafood and they said that I needed to take a picture of the tempurature within 1 hour of delivery which was impossible as I got home 2 hours after delivery. So they are not planning on refunding my money or giving me fresh seafood. 3 pounds of lobster meat were also 65 degrees F.. This is the most unfresh seafood I have ever received and I do not recommend this company to anyone. a total waste of my money and seafood.
