Ordered a product from this site £16.993 Days later they took a further £39.99.Apparently but not knowingly I had agreed to allow them to take monthly subscriptions out of my bank .Got my bank to cancel further withdrawals.They told me to contact the company.I spoke with them today and they sent an email saying the £39.99 will be back in my bank in 5-7 Working days.The guy dealing with my problem asked me to leave a great review. If I did this he would make sure my refund would be processed .So I will in 5-7 days when the cash you took is back in my account.
Good day,This is utterly unacceptable that we are moving back and forth on this enquiry.It has been months.The day I subscribed, is the day I cancelled my subscription. I have liaised with an employee at your company, with no help.She had firstly asked me to rate your service and take a screen shot of this and forward to the relevant departments.1 - I have not been credited, yet I have had to rate the service for not being assisted.2- non the less, I rated the services and had no response on my credit and never heard from that employee again.3. I now receive another email stating that I must rate the service again, when my enquiry in still pending.Totally unhappy.Kind Regards,Vaashna
