Great experience from start to finish. Received a text Thursday to remind me that the boiler service was due, spoke to Rieyan via email and arranged an appointment for the following Monday. Lee came to do the service Monday afternoon, he rang when on his way with an ETA, wore shoe covers in the house and carried out the service promptly.
