Dean was really helpful when he came out to sort our heating issue. Cannot fault his work and attitude. I also spoke to a person in the office who was really friendly and helpful. Very impressed with this company.
Great experience from start to finish. Received a text Thursday to remind me that the boiler service was due, spoke to Rieyan via email and arranged an appointment for the following Monday. Lee came to do the service Monday afternoon, he rang when on his way with an ETA, wore shoe covers in the house and carried out the service promptly. Both Rieyan and Lee were friendly and helpful.Thank you

Andy who came round today was an absolute gem. Lovely, kind man who really went out of his way deliver excellent customer service. Explained clearly and in layman's terms exactly what the problem was with our boiler. Andy is a real asset for AllGas North West Ltd and I hope you take care of this wonderful employee who deserves recognition.
Lee from AllGas serviced my boiler about six months ago on behalf of Corgi. No complaints so I had no hesitation in calling them recently to service two gas fires. Rieyan was very good in booking the service and checking the day before to confirm the visit. Lee carried out the service with minimum fuss. Gave me advice on a couple of issues. I recommend them.
Liars.Engineer from this company arrived after I reported a fault with my boiler to my insurance company.First of all, the original appointment was pushed back by 48 hours because they didn't have enough engineers available on the original appointment day. OK fine, rearranged.When he does arrive, (45 minutes later than the agreed time slot). He's here all of two minutes before he declares he's finished and he will feedback to the insurance company. But he was keen to give me a nice friendly warning that the insurance company may deem my boiler beyond economical repair due to its age. Despite the fact the boiler is still actually working in terms of giving heating and hot water. It's just the display screen is blank. But he assured me this was not up to him and he would just report back to the insurer and it would be up to them. Well this was a complete lie as I've now seen his report comments back to the insurer and the engineer himself has suggested it's beyond economical repair. So now of course my insurance won't fulfill the repair and have suggested I get a new boiler. Of course they have, at a cost of thousands to me instead of a few hundred to them for the repair. And let me guess, it would be All Gas Northwest that could sort me a boiler and fit it as well. Absolute scammers as far as I'm concerned all of them.
28 days after being allocated a routine boiler repair by ATAG there was still no prospect of the repair being done so I got the job reallocated to another company.My experience was of an office that makes false promises, doesn't answer the phone, respond to messages or keep the customer informed at any stage.The company took on a job that they didn't have the engineers or parts to complete.So a more realistic approach to which jobs to accept and then a more truthful, transparent and informative customer service is a must.I would advise against using these people unless you want a month of frustration and a non working boiler.
