28 days after being allocated a routine boiler repair by ATAG there was still no prospect of the repair being done so I got the job reallocated to another company.My experience was of an office that makes false promises, doesn't answer the phone, respond to messages or keep the customer informed at any stage.The company took on a job that they didn't have the engineers or parts to complete.So a more realistic approach to which jobs to accept and then a more truthful, transparent and informative customer service is a must.I would advise against using these people unless you want a month of frustration and a non working boiler.
