Whilst the engineer was polite and thorough when servicing my boiler which was not faulty there was a fault with the separate CH Pump which just required swapping. Allgas would not authorise the fix at the site visit. When the report came through it stated that the boiler was in poor condition which was false. They subsequently tried to sell a boiler replacement which I did not need. This is a very bad practice which I will take further.
