I have purchased from them years and years ago and was happy, which is why I decided to order new face masks for my daughter and I. I have tried to check my order status on the website and it keeps saying no order found. I spoke to someone through the chat and was given a tracking number for UPS, and same thing. Nothing found. I speak to someone through the chat for a 3rd time and was told the same thing I told them at the beginning of the chat. Then I was pretty much told they can't help me. Not sure what happened with this company, but I will most likely never order from them again. I was told that it shipped on 2/20 through UPS and I paid for the 5 days shipping. If I don't see it by the end of the week I will be requesting a refund...
