I've been a customer of Allheart.com for 25 years. This company they sold out to us absolutely repulsive. Their customer service is awful. I will NEVER shop here again. Their selection now is absolutely a joke. Never again will I give them my money.

I placed an order on 5/8/25, have yet to receive my order. I ordered 13 items.. 2 were to be name embroidered. I understand that can take longer.. but 11 other items were being held hostage until they were able to do the embroidery. Customer service were snotty and rude, I've never once received an update on my order without calling and waiting 45 mind to speak with someone.Now I finally receive an email telling 1/2 my order is "out of stock" so while waiting for the embroidery .. everything is ordered sold out.So now I've waited a month for scrubs I will never get.I was changing jobs and really needed them.Don't ever order from this company, there business practices are asinine and its not worth the stress..
Placed an order a month ago, took my money fast enough, still no scrubs. Email customer service 3 separate times, no reply. Call customer service to be told there was a 5-6 week delay with no guarantee of shipping at that time. Asked to cancel order, they refuse. $130 down the drain. NEVER AGAIN
Is there any chance to give Zero a start? I placed an order on November 2, 2024, one month ago. I have been using this company for the past 10 years and typically receive my orders within two weeks. However, I have been waiting for a month this time, and when I contacted them last week, they stated that my order is still processing. I will no longer use this company, and I do not recommend this site for purchasing uniforms. The customer service has been terrible.
Terrible customer service. Ordered three items online that were supposed to be "in-stock", ready to ship only to find out later that they were all on "back-order", don't know when we'll received them. After waiting 30 days without any delivery or news, I tried to cancel my order 4x (twice on the phone, twice in writing). Although they agreed to cancel it, but then did not. Finally got an update on the order, "should be able to ship it to me 2 and 1/2 months after the order was placed". Guess what, I ordered the exact same items from another uniform company along with personalization. Received them today about 10 days after they were ordered including personalize embroidery and the order cost me about $30 less than All-Heart. Oh and this is the second time I have an experience like this with AllHeart.
