I had packaging and quality issues with this second item and contacted allheart; they responded the same day through email and apologized for the concerns I raised. Then, they refunded my money, which I was not expecting nor did I request them to do so. People know there are many scam companies out there on the internet and it is so helpful to have a site like trustpilot.com to learn something about an unknown company before we purchase any items. I can vouch for allheart.com from my buying experience from them and can attest to fact they are a real company where you will not get ripped off. And if you are not pleased with an item and contact them, from my experience, you will get rapid response and a quick resolution to the problem, without them making lame excuses. I like that.
