He even called me using her phone, trying to persuade me to agree to an £800 toilet replacement on the spot! Later, I received a call from the office demanding another £120! This was for NO actual work done and just a brief visit of around 15 minutes. I raised my concerns with the recommendation service, as this company did not inspire trust with their aggressive sales tactics.
