Did so to be advised to send an email. Did so (in duplicate).Read receipt received ex Allianz (Day20).No further contact by Allianz, no refund.Initiated credit card claim and Allianz now in touch asking whether the policy was cancelled via other means. My reply - cancelled as directed by policy cover note.Clearly Allianz trying to avoid honouring their policies as per published material. Misrepresentation. AVOID.
