As others have found, my experience with Allianz Assistance UK has been confusing and incredibly frustrating:- I have been given multiple different claim numbers, some of which have changed without warning or explanation.- Repeated requests for documents I already sent or have explained that I am unable to provide.- Documents emailed to Allianz but then supposedly not received/uploaded, requiring me to call to double check after each email I send.- Being sent 'letters' with conflicting information, within minutes of each other.- Talking to call handlers who are polite but clueless. I do not trust what they say after several misunderstandings about the status of my claim.A prime example today was when I was told that I should have been paid £3800 on the 5th April into my bank account, to only be informed minutes later that they were still working out 'calculations' for my claims and that I should hear from a more senior colleague in 3-5 working days... *sigh*The battle continues with this shambolic company! 2023 / 42486642023 / 4332236
