Raised a claim on their site, received irrelevant further information requests and delay with unhelpful customer service agents on the phone, who directed me to email ticketmaster and provided an email address that immediately bounced back as no longer in use. Allianz also eventually agreed to send me an email confirming what was needed so that I could pass this on to ticketmaster, which was arduous to get sorted, and they then didnt include anything that was discussed on the email that actually came through...Feels like I'm being bounced pillar to post for what should be a relatively straightforward claim.Terrible service.
