I have a new BMW i4 M50. I had an issue concerning its charging. The circumstances around the call-out and the repair led to a formal complaint being submitted by myself. It is the complaint procedure that I am most disappointed with. I received an offer but refused it because it had not covered the points I had raised. At this point, I have been totally ignored by the case manager Tami! Despite me repeatedly ringing and asking for an update, they have refused to acknowledge my calls or emails. I have spoken to some friendly staff who have apologised for Tami's lack of contact, but all they have been able to do is forward my concerns directly to her and her manager. I am still waiting to hear something. Poor poor serviceA new advisor made contact and offered me a refund in order to finalise the issue. That was three weeks ago. still waiting. At least they are consistent.
