Totally disappointed with their claim processingRecently my Aer lingus flight from Indianapolis to Dublin was cancelled due to security incident at Dublin airport. So I made a claim to get my ticket fare refundIn spite of all the proof, they replied saying that policy will cover only severe weather and natural disaster which 0.1% probability of all other unexpected reasonsThis is total rip off from customers who is under impression that their trip is fully coveredI strongly advice not to buy this insurance policy when u book the flight I would give negative rating if there is any option, as this policy sounds like a scam
