Made a travel/medical Insurance claim on 1st August 25, for my son who was ill on holiday upload ALL INFORMATION as required in the first claim after emails back and forth only to re uploading the same information as we did from day one only to be told a month later we need to make a new claim for a travel insurance refund only.Obviously 🙄 departments don’t talk to each absolute shocking service..
