My daughter had an ear infection whilst in Turkey. She required her ears examining, and flushing, and needed drops and antibiotics. I couldn't believe this cost a total of £850. Whilst away, I read the feedback on Trustpilot and was not filled with confidence at all about getting the money back due to have negative this was. I can honestly say the service I received since putting the claim in and the communication has been brilliant. I received the money back (minus the excess fee) and all within a week or so. Thank you, I will be using this company again!!!
