100% rip off not worth the money, you will never get the money back. So many rules and you have to do so much for them and still will not be refunded. I responded straight away with screenshots of everything, all of the proof and now 4 days have past and I've received nothing back. So obviously their 3 day policy threat doesn't work both ways........
