Extended Warranty Insurance Issues:There have been ongoing issues with Soper BMW who appear to lack the knowledge and empathy towards customers. I have had warranty insurance since 2021 and the first time I have to use it, it has been nothing but trouble. 3 weeks on and over £3900(!!) in diagnostic fees, it has become tiresome and sorrowful with zero customer satisfaction. Our car has been religiously and particularly looked after with over-serviced oil changes (as who would ever let their car do more than 20,000mile between intervals) at a local independent BMW garage. I expected a premium service and customer engagement from these subsidiary companies Soper BMW, BMW Warranty Services and BMW UK who dont speak to each other. Caveat after caveat is what has been presented to me since having the car recovered. It has been a horrible and still is an awful ongoing experience. If it werent for the fact we have to use a BMW retail outfit to utilise the BMW warranty insurance, we would not have used Soper of Lincoln. There has also been no communication from BMW UK/Customer Services at this moment in time also
