I have experienced appalling treatment, with no money back after four months of constant calls and emails. I’m utterly disgusted. I keep being told I will hear back in 5-10 days, but I never do unless I reach out. The phone representatives are friendly but can’t provide any real information, claiming they have all my documents but can't escalate my case. I had to cancel my holiday due to my father’s serious health issue just days before our flight. They have all the necessary medical documents and cancellation paperwork, so what’s the hold-up? Isn’t this what insurance is for? I’ve never claimed anything before.
