Absolutely no contact from Allianz, had to chase everything, they gave unsuitable courtesy car, tried to get us to pay excess in non fault collision with uninsured driver, even though policy states otherwise, denied injury claim without any investigation or even questions, took 3 months to get car into garage, still not completed, horrendous, no online portal, everything done on phone calls, I suspect so they can try and deny everything.
