I bought a car insurance from them in 2024, and it was my first car and insurance in germany. They increaseed my insurance by 27 euros without any reason (no accidents or claims). Their website is shit! there's no english version, and their customer support is also only in german. I have been logged out of my account for two months now and I because the recover code never arrives.

Worst English customer service

Worst English customer service. Trying to get someone on the phone for a week. Always get a crappy AI voice assistant on the line who says do it yourself on the website. But I need to add a family member to the contract but it's not possible on the website. The website says need help? Call us but I can never get a person on the line. So my wife now is still uninsured! Now I'm trying to go to another insurance company. Just don't go here if you cannot speak German.-it's nice that you reach out to me here. It feels like you do want to provide good service. By this time we already went to another insurer. But please see this as a point of feedback to improve on. Like, a phone number to not get the annoying AI assistant or AI chatbot who cannot help me. In my case I really needed a human to help me also English.

This is by far the WORST car insurance company in Germany. They are refusing to pay our compensation for several months and Mr. Engolf is refusing to tell me who is responsible for our case.They ignore emails if you have a claim but are super fast and friendly the moment you need to pay them.DO NOT USE ALLIANZ DIRECT!!!!!

Your offers are good, easy to read, fully informative and very easy to implement. You are by far one of the better insurers out there. Sad the offer for my second car was not very good so unfortunately it was insured somewhere else for far less.
