Worst English customer service

Worst English customer service. Trying to get someone on the phone for a week. Always get a crappy AI voice assistant on the line who says do it yourself on the website. But I need to add a family member to the contract but it's not possible on the website. The website says need help? Call us but I can never get a person on the line. So my wife now is still uninsured! Now I'm trying to go to another insurance company. Just don't go here if you cannot speak German.-it's nice that you reach out to me here. It feels like you do want to provide good service. By this time we already went to another insurer. But please see this as a point of feedback to improve on. Like, a phone number to not get the annoying AI assistant or AI chatbot who cannot help me. In my case I really needed a human to help me also English.
