I requested a certificate confirming the number of years I haven’t made claims as I need this for my new insurance company. I first asked for this at the beginning of October via the online chat function and I was reassured it would be sent to me. I have subsequently requested the document a further 4 times and I still haven’t received it! I’m so disappointed with the customer service. The staff are always friendly and polite but I’m so frustrated that they can’t provide me with one simple document. They are also continuing to take money from my bank account even although my car is deregistered and customer service had said my policy was closed. Please Allianz Direct - give me my certificate and my money back!
