They have taken a long time to respond to a claim of delayed luggage. The airline took 4 days to get me my baggage which forced me to get replacements. Took time away from my vacation and this is clearly covered. They have been given all the proof they need but have not responded in a timely fashion which has been over a month now. My claim was paid on 4-16-2026 after I left this review, which I find is interesting. They do pay their legitimate claims they just take their time to do it.
