My travel home to Utah was severely impacted by Alaska Airlines‘ 2.5 long delay in arriving to LAX. I had to purchase a new ticket with Delta for the next day which cost $400. A low $75 refund is not what I expected to get when I purchased travel insurance. Very disappointed.

Thank you! After a car accident derailed my plans to attend a concert, I remembered that I'd gotten the Allianz ticket insurance. I filed a claim, uploaded the report and a copy of my ticket receipt. My refund was processed soon after. Really helped minimize my disappointment for missing the show. Very easy to process. I will always get ticket insurance from now on.

This was easy and simple to make a claim. I need insurance for my money back. I dont want vouchers, or credits for travel. My schedule is incredibly difficult to get time off. I had the week to take vacation, but then my wife had to be rushed to hospital and there was no way we could travel, let alone fly. I was given flights coupons before and it didnt work put for us to travel. I lost 2 grand on that because of covid. I think it should be illegal to give vouchers or credits. I paid cash, I should be reimbursed the same. Tired of these companies ripping customers off and forcing us to go on vacation when the airlines or travel companies want us to go. ILL TRAVEL WHEN I WANT TO. NOT WHEN COMPANIES OR AIRLINES LET ME. THANKS.

I recently had to file a claim with Allianz Travel Insurance when my bus travel in Argentina was cancelled due to a government road closure. As a result, I had to book a flight to reach my destination and submitted a claim to recover the flight cost.

I’m very pleased with how Allianz handled my claim. The process was smooth, and the claim was settled reasonably quickly without unnecessary questions or delays. The key is to make sure you submit all relevant documents and information the first time — that really helps speed things up.

I have been purchasing their annual travel insurance policy for the past few years, and this experience has reinforced my confidence in their service. I highly recommend Allianz Travel Insurance for their reliability and efficient claim settlement process.

I’ve submitted two claims through Allianz and was promptly reimbursed. One included four intl trips I had to cancel due to a health issue. The other had to do with trip interruption due to a non covered persons health issue in our group. We had paid for his expenses so I was incredibly grateful Allianz was willing to reimburse us. My elderly mother has also been reimbursed for 2 claims. There are plenty of other travel insurers but before you buy a policy from them, look for consistently positive reviews from people who actually had to file a claim. It’s a rarity!

This survey came before I received my insurance payment so it is hard to rate your service. The website gives me very little information. It says approved but it didn't give me any information about how much I will receive or when.

You all need to be up to date on CTE criteria for football players and their medical team . The physician’s do not write medical excuses because they are incognito to the rest of us. Our son-in-law was advised by his CTE medical team not to fly after his last checkup due to probability of the air pressure causing a brain clot. Even his wife is not allowed to talk to them! I had already bought the tickets before his last checkup where he was advised not to fly.
