They're a horrible company. I'm never using them or any vendor who uses them again. My package has still not arrived. They came unannounced on Monday and left a card while I was working. I contacted them to reissue my package by website and by phone for the next 5 days. They promised delivery the following day, each day but never showed. On the fourth day when I asked to speak to a manager to resolve the issue, I was hung up on 5 times by Mekita, without putting me through and citing policy. I've stayed home three days and still not received my expensive package. And worst of all, I've been told it's been sitting in the delivery van the entire time.
