Moved 12 hours away from family and home to a rural town (3 hours away from any other towns)
Ordered a mattress to be delivered to new address 2 weeks before moving day and estimated delivery date was day before we moved
When we got there no mattresses and when I called they said it would be another whole week before the mattress would arrive and that delivery date given is only an estimate
No attempt to try and correct and deliver sooner no empathy
They called me, i missed the call and called straight back
I spoke with Rachel, she asked me for a tracking number (this was used as a contracted service by a company i purchased through) therefore didnt have one and she actually just hung up on me! Also they called me so they clearly had the details of my delivery...
I called back again, told her she hung up and said yeah well do you have one. I couldn't believe it, didnt even deny it
I eventually found my tracking number though a series of emails, im sure they could have helped me if she asked for a name and address
My order, which arrived on 3 Dec 2025, came in a damaged, wet, and torn package, leaving the contents exposed (see photos). The assembly manual was not included, making it impossible to verify all parts or finish assembly. It’s evident that no care was taken during delivery: the box was inadequately taped over tears, lacked waterproof protection, and was left upright against a wall in the rain. This is the worst delivery experience I have ever encountered!
One star because there’s no option for zero stars. My parcel was scanned into a detour and after 60 hours of sitting there, they claimed they didn’t know where it was. The only possibilities are that it was delivered to the wrong address or it was stolen. Either way, this reflects sheer incompetence.

The driver left a 37kg box at the main entrance. My apartment is two flights down from there, which was clearly communicated when they accepted the consignment. This is unacceptable service. As a 67-year-old woman living alone, I cannot even move the box, let alone carry it.
This is the worst delivery service in the area. After five phone calls over two days, my parcel was still not delivered. Each time I called, customer service provided a new delivery timeframe. They also refused to escalate my complaint multiple times, and although they assured me a manager would contact me, I never heard from them. I urge all businesses to terminate their contracts with this service.
The delivery team is extremely disappointing. There was no care for the goods being delivered. Six items were delivered yesterday - the driver buzzed the bell and within two minutes he was gone, just leaving the goods at the front of the apartment block. We paid a significant amount for delivery, and the driver couldn't be bothered to ensure it was safely delivered to our door or to help us. This company seems more focused on quickly dumping goods than on proper service.
