Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this business. We had three pallets collected in November to be transported from Sydney to Brisbane. Two weeks later only two pallets showed up. When I contacted customer service, they advised they have no record of the shipment being collected at all and to refer back to the supplier. I was the supplier and obviously the shipment was collected as it had been partially delivered. I even had the mobile number of their driver who had called me when he collected the items and he confirmed that all three were collected. After advising customer service this they refused to acknowledge they had collected the shipment then hung up and blocked my number.I continued to try and contact Allied through email and phone and was repeatedly told different stories about the shipment. I was sent round in circles and no resolution came about, I asked for a warehouse search to be completed multiple times to no avail. The Warranty team refused to pay out the loss from the missing shipment as they refused to acknowledge the package had been collected. However, the finance team was continually chasing me for payment of all three pallets.I then lodged a complaint with NSW Fair Trading and within one week a warehouse search was completed at their request and the pallet was recovered and sent to me. This was in March - four months after pick up.Avoid at all costs, this company is unreliable, customer service is shocking, and it seems no one communicates with each other in the organisation.
