It is solely about their website policies and customer support, which were extremely disappointing and unhelpful.I made two orders during last Black Friday. One of the orders was two skincare products, taking advantage of the discounts. And Vitamin C & Omegas Cleansing Balm was a gift. Unfortunately, my other order was "lost in transit," but I suspect it was never even shipped. When I contacted customer service, they refunded my money without my consent. This meant I lost the free product and the discounted price, as I would have to reorder at full price.This has happened to me two years in a row during Black Friday sales, and it seems like a deliberate tactic to avoid honoring discounted purchases.
