They got me with a 3-month subscription for $97 and then after 3 months, come January they sent an email saying all accounts will be $97 per month. I was charged again even though my subscription was for EVERY 3-months. Not PER MONTH. In order to cancel via their link --- they have you check off their no refund policy in order to submit the cancellation ticket. They SCAMMED me alright. Had me thinking I was "LOCKED IN" to their CRM for only $97 every 3 months. Don't fall for this BS company with their free trials that they also use against you when disputing with the bank. And non-existent customer service! Super unethical & disgusting how to fool people with their marketing. SHARKS indeed!
