This company is full of deception. The system is not user friendly. They upsell you on assistance and only give you 30 minutes per session. It takes months to complete any task and you can only make one appointment at a time. After spending thousands of dollars on assistance they turn around and change your payment plan. Bait and switch at its highest level. My advice is to go elsewhere. They use celebrities to endorse the company.
I created an account on February 3, 2025, but found the platform too complicated to use. Unexpectedly, I was charged $97 on September 4th and again on December 4th, despite never using the service. When I reached out to the company for a full refund of the $194 for these unauthorized charges, I was told there was a "new agreement" and my account would be closed. Then, on December 14th, an additional unauthorized charge of $500.00 was processed. This seems to be a retaliatory move after my refund request. I have no choice but to report these fraudulent charges to my credit card issuer and file a formal dispute.
Ali has provided excellent help, and I wish to continue working with him. My experience with another representative was not as positive due to a language barrier, but with Ali, communication has been seamless and effective.
Ali is extremely helpful; I feel I wouldn't have accomplished any of this without him. I hope he continues to assist me, and I genuinely feel secure with his professionalism. Someone like him can achieve great things, and I believe he is a tremendous asset to the organization.
