I ordered a phone through a platform and had to return it due to a defective camera. Unfortunately, the phone was lost in transit, and UPS initiated a refund claim. Initially, the seller denied responsibility and blamed UPS. However, UPS confirmed it wasn't their fault. When I provided proof of the refund claim from 23/09, the seller requested a signed document of my return. I used their template, but every time I submitted it, they claimed details were missing, resulting in multiple requests for new documents. This back-and-forth has dragged on for about six months. I even had the platform contact them on my behalf, but the seller is ignoring those messages. I strongly recommend against purchasing from this seller as they are infringing on consumer rights.
