Horrible experience with my order

I bought a phone through a platform and had to return it due to a faulty camera. Unfortunately, it got lost in the mail, and UPS initiated a refund claim. The seller initially denied responsibility, blaming UPS, but UPS confirmed it wasn’t their fault. When I provided evidence of the claim, the seller requested a signed document proving my return. I used their template, but they claimed details were missing, leading to multiple requests for new documents. This back-and-forth has lasted about six months. I even had the platform reach out on my behalf, but the seller is ignoring those messages. I strongly advise against buying from this seller as they are violating consumer rights.

Avoid this seller!

I ordered a phone through a platform and had to return it due to a defective camera. Unfortunately, the phone was lost in transit, and UPS initiated a refund claim. Initially, the seller denied responsibility and blamed UPS. However, UPS confirmed it wasn't their fault. When I provided proof of the refund claim from 23/09, the seller requested a signed document of my return. I used their template, but every time I submitted it, they claimed details were missing, resulting in multiple requests for new documents. This back-and-forth has dragged on for about six months. I even had the platform contact them on my behalf, but the seller is ignoring those messages. I strongly recommend against purchasing from this seller as they are infringing on consumer rights.

Defective phone

Purchased a phone through a platform, and it turned out to be faulty. I was expected to return the phone without a replacement until they receive the defective one back. The customer service was appalling, unhelpful, and rude.

Disappointing refurbished phone

I bought a refurbished phone that was advertised as being in "very good" condition. Unfortunately, it stopped working after just one day. Returning it was a hassle. I did receive a refund, but I wouldn’t recommend buying from this seller.

Pleasant experience

I purchased a phone from a platform that outsourced my order. I was initially worried after seeing many negative reviews, but the phone arrived just two days later. Although it came without the original packaging, it was in excellent condition with no visible scratches, just a minor dent. I was pleasantly surprised by how well it looked given its condition. Overall, I’m satisfied with my purchase.

Awful experience!

I purchased a phone through a platform, and it was said to be in condition C with minor scratches. However, when it arrived, the screen quality was terrible, and I discovered it had a non-original display. After requesting a return and refund, they took longer than promised to process it. I do not recommend this seller at all!

Avoid at all costs

Stay away from this seller. The phone I received malfunctioned just outside the warranty period, and they showed no willingness to assist. The item was poorly refurbished.

Scamming seller
