I bought a phone through a platform and had to return it due to a faulty camera. Unfortunately, it got lost in the mail, and UPS initiated a refund claim. The seller initially denied responsibility, blaming UPS, but UPS confirmed it wasn’t their fault. When I provided evidence of the claim, the seller requested a signed document proving my return. I used their template, but they claimed details were missing, leading to multiple requests for new documents. This back-and-forth has lasted about six months. I even had the platform reach out on my behalf, but the seller is ignoring those messages. I strongly advise against buying from this seller as they are violating consumer rights.
