I purchased a mini chainsaw from BEI &HONG & ALLOYMAN. The battery didn’t hold a charge after a couple of uses. I contacted the company via email and they informed me they would replace one battery free of charge. Great communication with Alloyman and I look forward to purchasing more products from them.
