UPDATE 20/5: After being reached out to for further information, and various emails/photos back and forth, I have finally had a resolution, thanks to Katie from parent company allpondsolutions. Thanks Katie!Initial review: I agree with some previous reviewers regarding poor customer service. Prompt delivery and lovely quality harness purchased. However the neck circumference is way smaller than specified and therefore does not fit. I ordered two by mistake and noticed my error immediately and asked to cancel one of the orders. This was ignored and I now have two harnesses that are no good. Return costs are too high! And therefore would not recommend unless you are certain of sizing.
