Purchased a 2000ltr per hr filter for what I thought was good value. When it arrived one of the baskets was buckled and made an awful noise. Mentioned this through their 'support ' section, but got no answer. So ordered a replacement as the noise was horrific. Changed it out for a new one and the noise is the same. Again, approached their support * no answer from my first ticket either* and again. Nothing. Will be seeking a full refund, with my credit card company if I have to as I have a feeling I'll never get a response. Will stick to eheim or fluval for my products and more reputable sources. Sometimes the price should show you its too good to be true.
