Instead, the order shipped on December 18, with a new expected arrival of December 27. I tried to get assistance through their chat, but no one was available during business hours. I sent an email right away, but six days later, I still haven't received any response or help. This has been a very frustrating experience. If I had known the true delivery timeframe, I would have chosen a different option for Christmas. I can't comment on the product since it hasn't arrived. I would advise steering clear of this company and their products.
