The delivery estimates are outdated. I ordered two posters on December 14, expecting them to arrive by December 22. However, they shipped on December 18 and were rescheduled for December 27. I sought help through their chat, but no one was available during business hours. I emailed them immediately, but after six days, I still haven't received a response or assistance. It's been incredibly frustrating. Had I known the actual timeframe, I would have opted for a different choice for Christmas. I can't comment on the product since it hasn't arrived. I would suggest avoiding this company and their offerings.

I own a store and bought 5 xmas cutouts of movie icons. Our display has been driving people in. Another store had a few cutouts as well, some being the same character. The quality of ours was impeccable to theirs. Ralphy from Xams story looks SO real!
