I sought help through their chat, but no one was available during business hours. I emailed them immediately, but after six days, I still haven't received a response or assistance. It's been incredibly frustrating. Had I known the actual timeframe, I would have opted for a different choice for Christmas. I can't comment on the product since it hasn't arrived. I would suggest avoiding this company and their offerings.
