What a waste of my time. As a new resident and property owner here, I was warned about this company and its staff through local gossip. Renters referred to them as aggressive and city officials grew tired of their disregard for regulations. Despite this, I gave them a chance to rent a unit. I found one I liked and was told it would be ready after the current tenant's lease ended. My application was approved, but weeks later, I was told they wouldn't be offering me the lease due to my employment duration, despite them knowing my situation when they accepted my application. This has been incredibly frustrating and unprofessional.
