A total waste of effort. I was trying to rent out my vacation property in another state, as I currently live elsewhere. I spoke with a representative who made me uncomfortable with all his regulations. Then, I met with another team member who seemed eager to assist. She asked for extra linens for the bedroom, which I purchased. However, she has not returned my calls or texts, which feels like being ignored, and that's very unprofessional. I wasted three weeks and sent packages that were never picked up. Just incredibly frustrating. I wouldn't recommend either of them to anyone for anything. So ANNOYED!!!!!!!!!!!!

When I think about moving, it makes me anxious. Moving is one of the most stressful events in anyone’s life, especially when relocating to a different state. Working with the service was absolutely fantastic. Even though I asked a lot of questions, they treated me so well that I left feeling much less stressed. They are attentive, thorough, quick to respond, and most importantly, very pleasant to talk to. I actually look forward to engaging with them once I move in if I have any issues, as I feel they advocate for both the renter and the landlord. If I could, I would give them 6 stars.
The service has a user-friendly customer portal for managing refunds and email alerts. However, there are two main drawbacks. The biggest issue is the inability to customize the types of clients we can service, meaning we are billed for all incoming leads, even those we can't use, and we have to constantly monitor our online account to request refunds. The second issue is that we can't customize our territories on our own and must email any changes to our account manager, which can take several days or weeks.
The service is useful when the contact information for leads is accurate. However, some emails and phone numbers are incorrect. Recently, some leads appear either fake or unqualified, including property owners seeking rental rate information to manage their properties independently. I diligently follow up with each lead, often stopping my work to make calls, only to encounter these issues, which can be discouraging. That said, the service does provide quality leads and is responsive in offering credits for illegitimate ones. If you call the leads promptly after receiving them, you may gain an edge over your competition.
What a waste of my time. As a new resident and property owner here, I was warned about this company and its staff through local gossip. Renters referred to them as aggressive and city officials grew tired of their disregard for regulations. Despite this, I gave them a chance to rent a unit. I found one I liked and was told it would be ready after the current tenant's lease ended. My application was approved, but weeks later, I was told they wouldn't be offering me the lease due to my employment duration, despite them knowing my situation when they accepted my application. This has been incredibly frustrating and unprofessional.
I wish I could give a lower rating. The individual I dealt with was very unprofessional. After postponing three times, he continued to make excuses to prioritize other jobs. I waited for three weeks and clearly asked him whether he could proceed, but he kept delaying. NOT RELIABLE AT ALL.
