A total waste of effort. I was trying to rent out my vacation property in another state, as I currently live elsewhere. I spoke with a representative who made me uncomfortable with all his regulations. Then, I met with another team member who seemed eager to assist. She asked for extra linens for the bedroom, which I purchased. However, she has not returned my calls or texts, which feels like being ignored, and that's very unprofessional. I wasted three weeks and sent packages that were never picked up. Just incredibly frustrating. I wouldn't recommend either of them to anyone for anything. So ANNOYED!!!!!!!!!!!!
