Customer service was great!My item was out of stock and I was offered to wait, which I was very happy to do. Delivery took 2 days when back in stock. The item was too small so had to return and the disappointing thing was I lost 30% off my refund price, something I find totally inappropriate. I ordered a pair of tracksuit bottoms, no personalisation of teams/names etc but still lost 30%. Had I have known this at the start I would not have made the purchase.
