Product as Described, but Damaged in Transit

The product matches the description perfectly. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because it was damaged during shipping. Even though it was well wrapped in bubble wrap, placing it in an additional box would have been a better choice.

Initial Disappointment Resolved

Update to my previous review: After my earlier negative feedback, the seller reached out to me directly. It turned out my emails had gone to their junk folder, which is why I didn't receive a reply. The missing shoe was located on the shop floor and sent to me quickly. My child is now happy with his new shoes. I would consider using this seller again after the satisfactory resolution. However, I'm giving 4 stars because it was disappointing that the issue arose in the first place. Original review: I ordered a pair of toddler shoes for my 2-year-old for Christmas. When he opened the box on Christmas day, there was only one shoe inside. I immediately contacted the seller and followed up twice, but received no acknowledgment, no replacement, no refund, and no apology. Receiving a children's product incomplete reflects poor fulfillment and quality control; failing to respond after three emails shows a lack of customer care. If you value reliability, consider avoiding this retailer. I’m now out of pocket, still don’t have shoes for my growing toddler, and my Christmas memories are tainted by his confusion at only finding one shoe.

Incorrect Color Received

Received the wrong color; the photo showed purple, but they sent bright pink. Now I have to pay for the return, and it took 6 weeks to get a pair of football socks.
