I ordered an item from this company on 28 April. I realised after I submitted the order that it autopopulated to an old address. I emailed the company and Shaun replied to say the address has been updated to the correct address (great). It is now 22 May, the item has not arrived and when I looked at the order status it says "Completed". The delivery address is the old one that Shaun apparently updated. I visited my old address to see if I could collect it, it has not arrived there. I have sent several emails to them and it is crickets. No responses. Absolute scam website.
