I ordered a yoga mat and paid 15 euro with a 5 euro delivery charge.I received a confirmation email advising me an ETA.On the day of delivery I received an email from DPD, the courier. The email offered me the option to reschedule the delivery. I took this option as I was not expecting the delivery on the day I got the email and so asked for a reschedule for 2 days later.2 days later, no delivery...... the next day I emailed both the courier and the supplier directly on separate emails. it is now 3 working days since those emails were sent and I ave had no contact from either. Still no yoga mat and still no reply. I have emailed Allsports directly again, lets see how I go.......
