What I received was the newer lower price and lower strength formula with a rating of MGO 150, which is also not monofloral. AI: "K-factor 16 indicates monofloral Manuka honey, while K-factor 12 (MGO 150) indicates multifloral Manuka honey, which contains a mix of Manuka and other pollens" The original K Factor 16 Monofloral is still available elsewhere but at a higher price. Not as advertised.
