Review Time
I did an order for two bags of whey protein on March 24th. The day after they called and left me a voicemail, requesting additional info. I called right back and gave them that info. I was expecting the package today, the 30th. I called to get an update on when I can expect my delivery. They pulled up my info and said that they need MORE additional information and haven’t shipped my package out yet. They never called again telling me this. When displaying frustration at their lack of professionalism / customer service in being negligent in this matter, the rep rudely stated,”you want me to cancel it?” So I told them to cancel it. What a waste of time. Don’t use this business. They are not professional, and after about a week, they still don’t ship out packages.
UPDATE- Regarding the generic response from the company- You didn’t read what I wrote. I spoke with a rep from All Star the day after I placed my order. You guys called me. I missed the call. I called back five minutes later. I verified my billing and shipping address with the rep over the phone at that time. I was then told that everything was good to go. 6 days then go by… no more calls, emails, nothing. I’m expecting my package yesterday in the 30th, so, I called, since the tracking number didn’t work. I was then told that All Star needed MORE info, after I had already verified everything with a rep over the phone 6 days prior. After displaying frustration that they hadn’t shipped my package out and that I already verified, AND they didn’t even reach out to me again, that’s when their rep said, “just want me to cancel it?”instead of displaying any type of apologetic attitude or trying to remedy the situation. Your response does not address this. If there was no first phone call where I verified everything with All Star Health, then All Star’s response would be valid. But I had already verified everything with a rep from them, the day after I placed my order, therefore, their response is bs, generic, and insincere.
Dislike: Website clearly states Wedderspoon Manuka Honey Monofloral K Factor 16, 17.6 oz. Also says the same on the order email confirmation and packing slip. What I received was the newer lower price and lower strength formula with a rating of MGO 150, which is also not monofloral. AI: "K-factor 16 indicates monofloral Manuka honey, while K-factor 12 (MGO 150) indicates multifloral Manuka honey, which contains a mix of Manuka and other pollens" The original K Factor 16 Monofloral is still available elsewhere but at a higher price. Not as advertised.
AllStarHealth is practicing a classic 'Bait and Switch'. I paid for EXPRESS shipping because I needed my products urgently. Yesterday, I was explicitly promised a tracking number by the end of the day. Today, they changed their story and claimed it wouldn't ship until Friday.This is a deceptive trade practice. Taking extra money for express service while providing substandard, lazy logistics is unacceptable. I am in the middle of a strict protocol and this delay is causing me actual physical distress.They make empty promises to get you off the phone, showing zero accountability. I demand my order be shipped IMMEDIATELY as paid for, or I will be filing a formal dispute with my credit card company for service not rendered

Paid for 2 day Fed-ex and order was delayed.Seller should have given at least a partial refund on the shipping,which was over twenty dollars.Seller has ignored my messages.After dozens of orders,I now do not feel that I can trust them again.
I placed an on order Dec 5, a label was printed on the 5th, but order did not ship until Dec 9th. I was following order and it was not moving. On Dec 16th I reached out to customer service to let them know there was an issue with this package. I got some BS response that volume was high due to holidays and to get with them on Dec 26th, if I had not received. Clearly, with NO MOVEMENT, a reasonable person would surmise there was an issue. They wanted me to wait 4 weeks and then contact them again!? I contacted a friend who happened to be a post master and he looked into the package. It had indeed not moved since Dec 9th, and they "did not know" where the package was...i contacted customer service again and forwarded what USPS told me, NO RESPONSE from customer service. USPS were able to track the package down and get it to me. ALLSTARHEALTH customer service is pathetic. I can tell you as a past supply chain professional, AND a customer rep, that i would have investigated this issue AND I would have tried to make it right it by offering a discount, or some other way to show appreciation for their purchase and patience. The delay was not initially their fault, but their response and lack of action was...There are a plethora of online retailers to choose from, so, dont patron those who don't go above and beyond. Needless to say, I will not purchase from them again, and do not recommend that anyone does!
No receipt of purchase on 12/9. Today 12/11. Email sent asking about order status. No response. Canceled order online. Still shows pending as if to be processed. Guessing this place is a scam. Haven’t received any refund or notice of a refund. If you put the effort into daily customer service and be proactive on the front end of business and communicate-you wouldn’t have to spend all your time writing a rebuttal to people’s complaints. No I don’t recommend this facade of a supplement store.
I saw the negative reviews but took a chance as the order was low-value.Order placed with DHL International Express Tracked as the shipping option. Dispatched next working day.Arrived in my country and cleared customs and was delivered within 3-days.My recommendation to other people is to always choose the tracked shipping option.
Used to love this company. Now refuse to take orders over the phone. Only on line. Took 1 1 /2 hours to make an order that would have been 3 minutes by phone. Agent was on phone, using wasted manhours to work with me.INSANE. Wake up all star. This is rediculous, unproductive, costing you MORE money. A disgusting waste of TIME OUT OF MY LIFE. You wonder why the world is so angry? Just look in the mirror, ceo.
